Ferrari: Debut postponed for the F10

Maranello, 29 January 2010 – It was supposed to be just a taster for Felipe Massa: one hundred kilometers to shoot some films for use by the partners of the Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro but the snow and ice that continue to characterize the Maranello winter got in the way and prevented, first yesterday and then today, the Brazilian driver from taking to the track with the F10.

The decision to definitively postpone the debut was taken this morning after a final inspection in Fiorano. What worries the technicians is not so much the asphalt as the escape routes, covered in frozen snow: therefore there is no point in taking unnecessary risks, perhaps ruining parts of the car. Felipe will therefore have to wait another 72 hours to finally be able to drive his new car. So the appointment is on Monday 1st February at the "Ricardo Tormo" circuit in Cheste, near Valencia.
