Ferrari: Bianchi tested technical innovations at Idiada

Ferrari is pushing hard to allow Fernando Alonso to overtake Sebastian Vettel in the race for the F1 drivers' world title. In Abu Dhabi the Spaniard reduced the gap behind the German Red Bull to 10 points but the F2012 is still behind Adrian Newey's RB8.
The Maranello team therefore tested some aerodynamic innovations last week at Idiada. At the wheel was test driver Jules Bianchi who tested a new rear wing and a new diffuser as well as other new components.
