Ferrari, Arrivabene: “Raikkonen? The future will be known after Monza"

Kimi Raikkonen is in the middle of a crusade to keep his place at Ferrari. At least for the moment the results are not on his side, yet, despite various indiscretions, the Finn's future at Ferrari will be decided after the Italian GP, at the beginning of September: “Kimi knows what I want from him, that is, points and trophies. We will know more in the autumn, everything is postponed after the Italian Grand Prix, in Monza”, declared Maurizio Arrivabene.

Words of circumstance? For the Italian press yes. According to some national media, Iceman's future is already been decided: “On Sunday, Kimi Raikkonen destroyed every slightest possibility of renewal. The same doubts were also expressed by the Director of Autosprint, Alberto Sabbatini: “Three years ago, he radioed his engineers to leave him alone because he knew what he was doing, now it would appear that someone you have to remind him“. Even if Raikkonen's future seems apparently dark, according to Arrivabene's words, the Finn still has four opportunities to play before making his final choice.
