FDA | Shwartzman is the first Russian driver to take part in Ferrari's "Academy" program

Ferrari Driver Academy is pleased to present the new driver selected for the FDA program.

SMP Racing-backed Russian driver Robert Shwartzman, just turned 18, joins FDA just before wrapping up the Formula Renault 2.0 Championship this weekend in Barcelona. Shwartzman will join teammates Charles Leclerc, Antonio Fuoco, Guan Yu Zhou, Giuliano Alesi, Marcus Armstrong, Enzo Fittipaldi and newcomer Callum Ilott.
