F3 | Monger doesn't give up: on the track just seven months after his leg injury

Just a year after the terrible accident that cost him the double amputation of his legs, Billy Moger is back inside a cockpit, testing a British Formula 3 car on the Oulton Park track.

The 18-year-old completed an installation lap on the English circuit, starting the work of adapting to the car. Monger, we recall, suffered a very bad injury during the British Formula 4 race in Dannigton last year, losing both legs. Despite this, however, the Englishman wants to return to the world of racing and this is the first step towards achieving your goal.

His return to the track was warmly welcomed by the motorsport community and Lewis Hamilton himself, a person very close to the boy, wanted to congratulate him on the event, dedicating a post to him on Twitter.
