F1 | Williams, Stroll: “We are meeting expectations”

Lance stroll he is satisfied with the progress of this World Cup. The Canadian rookie of Williams he explained that, after the initial difficulties, he managed to become familiar with the category: “We have had some difficult moments in this first half of the season, you have to expect adversity and you just have to overcome it. But we also had some fantastic moments, like in Baku for example, we must have hit the podium. We managed to collect a good amount of points in this first half of the season. So far everything has gone well but there is still a lot to do, we just need to go race by race and focus on one thing at a time".

In this second half of the season, the objective will be to maintain a good standard of competitiveness on all tracks: “We know that regularity is one of our problems, and we are addressing it, but it's not that simple” – said Stroll. “Sometimes we are not where we want to be, it depends a lot on the track. Some tracks don't suit our car. We're working on it. We need to solve this problem, we can express ourselves best on fast tracks with long straights. Going forward, we must try to stay positive, trying to solve our problems.".
