La Williams he even limps in the rain. In qualifying for the Hungarian Grand Prix, Sergey sirotkin closes in last place, while Lance stroll manages to access Q2, only to ruin everything by "kissing" the wall and breaking the front wing during the second tranche: he will start from 15th place. Here are the words of the Grove team riders.

STROLL LANCES
Q1: 13th, 1:18.560 (+1.894)
Q2: 15th, No Time
Q3: //
“I had a good Q1 and got to Q2, which was very nice. I think we took advantage of the mixed conditions and that was positive. Unfortunately, pushing in the wet I lost my car. When it rains that's how it goes: you push, you look for grip and sometimes you get screwed. It's unfortunate that it happened in Turn 10 where there's a wall on the inside, otherwise it could have just been a spin and I could have continued. Let's hope we can do something in the race.".

SERGEY SIROTKIN
Q1: 20th, 1:19.301 (+2.635)
Q2: //
Q3: //
“I was very disappointed with qualifying. Rain was a big possibility for us: it could have been our best qualifying of the year. In such unpredictable conditions, it is very difficult to guess which spin will count. Every stint, we decided to push on the first lap, which was fine, but by doing so I would catch up with the car in front of me and then have to slow down on the next lap. This happened to me three times on my three sets of tires and, unfortunately, every time the rain stopped and the track dried I wasn't on my fastest lap. It's impossible to predict what will happen: we were a bit unlucky and I'm very sorry.".
