F1 | Williams, Logan Sargeant: “I showed how fast I can be”
Albon withdrew due to a brake problem

The first seasonal retreat arrives for Alexander albon: the Thai was forced to bring the car back to the pits due to a brake problem. Not the ending they expected at home Williams, especially after the promising performances in qualifying.
“It was a frustrating day, we showed great potential all weekend and I was really impressed by the difference compared to last year. It's really a pleasure to drive this car and then, unfortunately, we weren't able to do well in qualifying and then the problem in the race. It's really frustrating and I know we could have scored some points this weekend – declared the Thai – I would rather be disappointed, knowing that the car has pace, rather than finish at the bottom, there are many positive aspects, but we must take every opportunity to come back to fight."
He was there to keep morale high Logan sargeant, thirteenth at the finish line: the American demonstrates session after session that he adapts to the car, not lacking speed and performance. Promising start for him, in his first season Formula 1.
“Today I struggled more than in qualifying. The first thirty laps were good, but then I couldn't manage the tires anymore, I was losing grip. In any case, we made it and this time too I learned a lot. I feel much more confident for the next race. I have shown that even on a difficult track like this I can be fast, and therefore I go to Melbourne hoping to repeat myself and improve. In the last two races I learned a lot; I feel like everything is becoming much more natural. It won't happen all at once, but I will try to improve myself every weekend."
