F1 | Williams, Latifi: “There is great emotion from me and the team”

In the new season, which opens its doors this weekend at Albert Park in Melbourne, home of the Australian Grand Prix, there is only one debutant: Nicholas Latifi.

The Canadian, who finished second in the Formula 2 championship last year, will drive the Williams FW43 and will share the Grove team's garage with George Russell. Present at the press conference on Thursday in Melbourne, Latifi spoke about his feelings on the eve of the first free practices.

"There is great emotion and great anticipation both on my part and on the team's part – admitted the young Canadian driver -. I'm not nervous. Already from the tests I felt like I was continuing last year's work. I noticed that there is a lot of interaction with the media and fans".
