F1 | Vettel on the Mugello race: “An honor to face this GP as a Ferrari driver”

After last week's heavy retirement, Sebastian Vettel is ready to face the next Ferrari 1000 Tuscan Grand Prix, the ninth round of this 2020 Formula 1 world championship. On the Mugello track, the German will try to improve his performance aboard the SF1000 , with the aim of giving important points to the team in this moment of great difficulty. Vettel, we remember, has not finished in the top 10 since the Spanish GP.

“It is a great honor to be able to drive a Ferrari for the 1000th Grand Prix of the most historic of Formula 1 teams,” said Sebastian Vettel. “What makes the anniversary even more exciting is the fact that the race will be held at the Mugello circuit and that for the first time there will be some spectators in the stands”.

“The track is very beautiful and super technical, with variations in height and very challenging curves. This circuit should be more suited to the characteristics of our car so we hope to be able to give some satisfaction to our fans, both at home and at the circuit,” he concluded.
