F1 | Vettel on his time at Ferrari: “Unique experience, but I always like to look ahead”
“These memories will remain for the rest of my life,” the German said
Among the changes in the driver market for the new season is also the move of Sebastian Vettel to Aston Martin. The German, who has embraced the cause of the British team returning to Formula One as a constructor after over 60 years, thus closed his long professional experience in Ferrari which began in 2015 and ended with the 2020 Abu Dhabi GP.
The period spent in Maranello was characterized by ups and downs, but this does not mean that the Red car will remain indelible in the memories of the four-time world champion who, however, is projected towards this new challenge.
"Some seasons have been better than others – admitted Vettel, interviewed by AutoHebdo – I'm happy to move on. I had a lot of fun at Ferrari, I learned a lot. I have met many incredible people and racing for this team is a unique experience. These memories will be with me for the rest of my life. I can't wait to face the new challenge that awaits me. I'm not stuck in the past, I always like to look forward".
