F1 | Vettel denies retirement: "Nothing has changed, I love racing"

Once again Sebastian Vettel found himself forced to deny rumors of his probable retirement at the end of the season. Thanks to the internal struggle with Charles Leclerc who aims to become number 1 in the team and the severe rules imposed by the FIA, many thought that the German wanted to leave Formula 1 (even after the events in Canada, where he rightly appeared disappointed and angry).

“Maybe I'm not smart enough but I don't think much about these things. I love racing and nothing has changed, in fact I enjoyed Paul Ricard, even though I would have preferred to do better than fifth place. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else right now, so I don't have to think about it (at retirement, ed.). We would like to be in a different position but it depends on us to be able to reduce the gap to Mercedes. I don't waste time thinking about other things."
