On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of its history in motorsport, the managers of the Sauber team wanted to celebrate this important milestone by dedicating an entire day to the event, with videos and photos that retraced the most important moments of this long period of activity .

Frederic Vasseur, the French manager who took over the reins of the team in a moment of serious difficulty, especially economic, recently arrived at the helm of the team, but who was able to put the accounts in order and conclude particularly significant sponsorship agreements. However, Vasseur wanted to celebrate the most useful element of the team, namely those employees who day after day continue to be the lifeblood of the team: “Today represents an important milestone in the history of Sauber. 50 years is a long time, but Sauber has always managed to reinvent itself during all the challenges it has faced. Its strength is the people who built it and ensured it could compete at the highest levels: its employees. Today's celebrations are a tribute to the hard work, commitment and passion for racing of each of them,” said the team principal.
