F1 | Vandoorne: “Ready to drive McLaren 100% if Alonso leaves”

The Belgian driver declared that he will be ready to take the reins of the English team at the moment Fernando Alonso will leave the team.

The team trusts me because I spend a lot of time in the factory, with the aerodynamicists, in the simulator and with the other technicians. I feel ready. I mean, Fernando won't race forever but I don't know if he will stay with us. I only look at my part, to be honest, I don't think about my teammate but I think about preparing my future.".
