Sebastian Vettel has been penalized with three places to serve on the starting grid of the Austrian Grand Prix for the evident impediment towards Alonso during the final stages of Q2 today. The German, in clear violation of article 31.5 of the sporting regulations, immediately realized that he had caused damage to his rival for the world championship in the early 10s, apologizing to him, but this did not give back to the Spaniard Q3. For this reason therefore Vettel will start from eleventh position tomorrow (with a penalty point on the super licence), alongside Leclerc on the sixth row. Sainz then advances, tenth.
