F1 | Toro Rosso, Sainz: “Steps forward on reliability”

Yesterday, Carlos Sainz completed ninety-two laps aboard the new STR12, collecting numerous data on the single-seater with which the Scuderia di Faenza will face the next Formula One world championship. The Spaniard commented positively on the steps forward made by Toro Rosso in these two weeks, explaining that the package for Melbourne has excellent potential.

Here are the words of Carlos Sainz: “I think today was a better day than last week: we definitely made a step forward in terms of reliability. Our schedule for this week is particularly busy as we still have a lot of work to do, so it's still too early to draw any conclusions. Even though we lost some precious time, I'm happy to have been able to do so many laps today: after all, tests are designed to do a lot of them!".
