F1 | F1 Barcelona tests: the complete line-ups of the second test session
From Tuesday 26 February we will be back on track in Barcelona
After kicking off last week, Formula 1 will return to the track again for the second pre-season test session on the Barcelona circuit in Spain. It will be an opportunity to take a look at the first updates that the teams will bring to Catalonia and to make more complete assessments of the real potential of the cars.
Once the work of the first week is concluded, in which we generally deal more with data collection and set-up tests, the second test session will be more focused on starting to understand the potential and limits of the new single-seaters, with race simulation tests and dry ride.
The line-ups remained almost similar to those of the first week, except for the fact that most of the teams decided to reverse the order of the drivers compared to the first session. A small novelty from Ferrari, which has decided to adopt an identical approach to that of Mercedes and Renault, using both drivers on all four days: the two drivers will alternate at the wheel of the SF90 in the morning and afternoon sessions . The only one not to have made the program for this second session official is the German manufacturer, but it is likely that it will continue with its classic approach but will change the order of drivers compared to the first week.
