F1 | Alfa Romeo test, debut for Pourchaire and Raghunathan

This week the Hungaroring track not only hosted the Pirelli tests on the 2022 tyres, which saw Mercedes McLaren and Ferrari take to the track, but also a private test session for Alfa Romeo where they debuted on a Formula 1 single-seater two young drivers: Theo Pourchaire and Mahaveer Raghunathan. The two drove a 38-spec C2019.

"A dream came true, I drove a Formula 1 car for the first time in my life – wrote Pourchaire on Twitter – I remember dreaming of that day as a child. I would like to thank the entire Alfa Romeo team for this fantastic experience and this unforgettable day".

"I was waiting for my first F1 test for a long time and it turned out to be a great day with the Alfa Romeo Racing Orlen car – said Raghunathan, quoted by RaceFans – I have been preparing for this with the team for the last week and have had a lot of fun".
