Mercedes, surprising everyone, unveiled the livery of the 2020 single-seater this morning while waiting to meet the new car which will be unveiled on February 14th.
The car will retain the gray colour, with the rear area fading towards black at the height of the bonnet. Among the logos there is also INEOS, which has become the official sponsor of the German team with which it has signed a five-year contract.
The novelty is represented by the red airscope. Among the various stars on the rear, the red one remained, a clear reference to the memory of Niki Lauda. The late non-executive chairman of the Star passed away last May at the age of 70.
