F1 | Sticchi Damiani of course: “Renewal of Monza? Before the GP”

The tracing of Monza is now traveling full sail towards remaining in the Formula One world championship calendar.

In fact, in the next few weeks there will be the long-awaited white smoke with renewal on a five-year basis, which will allow the historic Brianza facility to remain in the Circus until at least 2024.

The president of the ACI, Angelo Sticchi Damiani, spoke out firsthand and clearly on the matter and declared: “The signing will take place before the GP scheduled for September, there is no doubt".

The cost of the contract, according to the rumors that are circulating at the moment, should be around 100 million euros (still an important figure given the deficit recorded by the event in the last two editions, ed.) of which a part will be allocated to maintenance of the structures that frame the Autodrome.
