F1 | Steiner confirms his trust in Ferrari: “Difficulties? They'll be out soon."

Interviewed in the classic media day of the Russian Grand Prix, the tenth round of this 2020 Formula 1 world championship, Gunther steiner reiterated the trust of Haas towards Ferrari, underlining how the Red will soon be able to overcome the technical difficulties it is facing during this season.

The South Tyrolean manager, precisely in this sense, denied the rumors of "friction" that have circulated in recent weeks, highlighting how the relationship between the US team and the Prancing Horse will not undergo any changes in view of 2021 and above all 2022.

“Leave Ferrari because of the performance of their engine? First of all, I think there needs to be some loyalty in this world." said Gunther steiner. “Gene thinks so too [Haas.ed.]. Ferrari has been fundamental in getting us here and has done a good job."

“He's in trouble now, as we obviously know,” he added. “I think, or rather I hope, that it is a short-lived difficulty. I'm sure she'll get out of it soon, also because the Red, regardless of her complexities, has always returned to where she deserves."
