F1 | Sirotkin: “I want to return to Formula 1”
“There are possibilities and we are fighting”
The Russian driver competed for Williams in 2018 and in subsequent years was a reserve driver for McLaren and Renault but for this year he has one goal: to do everything possible to return to Formula 1 in 2021.
“I'm more worried than anyone about the question of a return -he has declared Sergey sirotkin- there are possibilities and we are fighting”.
The 24-year-old's desire is to return to the wheel of Williams. In these hours the news is circulating of the possible move of George Russell to Mercedes, alongside Lewis Hamilton.
"I want to come back. Regardless of what they say about the speed of the cars, we are talking about Formula 1 and the fastest cars in history. I still have an excellent relationship with Williams and I won't deny that I would like to return."
