F1 | Sauber delays announcing drivers for 2018

During the Brazilian Grand Prix, the team principal of the Swiss team, Fred vasseur, had declared that the announcement of the drivers for next season would take place this week but apparently, we will have to wait a few more days.

Today, in fact, Vasseur commented as follows: “It's just a matter of days, I don't think it will happen this weekend but we'll talk about it in the coming weeks”.

The point is to decide who between Marcus ericcson e Antonio Giovinazzi will join the Formula 2 champion in the team, Charles Leclerc:

“I can understand that for the media and for the riders it is an important issue but there is still a lot to discuss. That's why the decision could still take some time.".

The reserve pilot of the Haas, Giovinazzi, said he was awaiting news from Clean e Ferrari:

“I'm also waiting like you. Something is happening but I don't know anything about it yet. Last year, when I was in GP2 my name was going around the paddock because I had had a good season. Charles did a great job, he won the title and that's why he has so much popularity in the paddock. Last year it was me, this year it's him and maybe next year it can still be me. My priority is to be linked to Ferrari, work with them and then we'll see.".
