F1 | The agreement between Honda and Toro Rosso for 2018 is cancelled
The Red Bull junior team will still be powered by Renault
Honda risks being left out of the 2018 World Cup formula 1. The Japanese giant, in fact, is having a lot of trouble finding partnerships for next season: the latest negative response, in chronological order, came sometime Toro Rosso with whom, after intense weeks of dialogue, Honda was unable to reach an agreement. The halt in the negotiation could be attributed to the high economic demands of the Faenza team which, in view of next year, has chosen to continue its motorization relationship with Renault.
And it didn't end here. There Clean, for several weeks now, has announced that in 2018 it will continue with Ferrari, therefore eliminating the possibility of collaborating with the Japanese company. The last resort remains there McLaren, with whom Honda has been working since 2015: the Woking team, however, after three years of hardship, is looking around for a new partnership. News expected for mid-September.
