F1: British GP, Rosberg under investigation for ignoring yellow flags

British Grand Prix winner Nico Rosberg has been summoned by stewards for a potential yellow flag breach.

A statement from the stewards said: "Mercedes failed to correctly receive communication about the yellow flags between Turns 3 and 5 (the Loop section) at 14.06pm local time."

The German driver is therefore under investigation for not slowing down sufficiently and overtaking in a danger zone.

Rosberg took victory in the Silverstone race by just 0,7 seconds behind Red Bull's Mark Webber.
