F1 | Ricciardo: “All my respect to Hamilton”

The Australian pilot stated that Lewis Hamilton he deserves full respect for the title he has achieved and who must continue to live the life of a "showman".

This year, Hamilton developed his own fashion brand and produced a musical collaboration with Christina Aguilera. All while competing in one of the most challenging sports:

“My competitive side will always believe that I am the best and that I could do the same things in that car. I give him respect and this is definitely not an attack on Lewis,  I think he was really fantastic in being able to do what he did continuously on the track and the other things away from the track; live the life he is living and still maintain such a performance…full credit to him”.

Yesterday Max Verstappen he stated that any driver could win in Hamilton's car. Ricciardo agrees with his teammate, but continues to recognize the small battles Hamilton won in order to get the better of his rival Sebastian Vettel.

“Okay, you can have a fast car but you have to be able to perform from week to week. Seb, for the most part, had a fast car all year but when you're fighting for the title it's those small percentages that Lewis often has compared to him and that's what has really dictated the pace of this championship. I give Lewis full respect."
