F1 | Red Bull, Verstappen: “Our car adapts well to the Mexican circuit”

Max Verstappen was elated after Austin's good second place, doing well to keep up with the return of Lewis Hamilton. He would have liked to take the victory, but Raikkonen's pace was slightly superior for the young Dutchman, who is now preparing to return to Mexico a year after his crushing victory. Max wants to repeat himself this weekend too, with Red Bull appearing to adapt well to the characteristics of the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.

“I can't wait to return to Mexico, because the circuit suits our car better than other tracks – said Verstappen. Last year I won after a fantastic race: I was good at the start and managed to stay ahead of everyone for the rest of the race. The atmosphere in the stadium is always good, but last year on the podium it was of an even higher level. Everything turns into a party as soon as the race ends, I hope to repeat this year too. Given the many commitments due to the calendar, I have never managed to see Mexico well, this year I hope to do it, I would also like to visit some places and eat typical local dishes".
