F1 | Red Bull, Ricciardo unveils the helmet design for the Australian Grand Prix
A video has been published on the Australian Scuderia's social channels
Daniel Ricciardo has revealed the helmet he will wear during the Australian Grand Prix, the inaugural event of the 2018 Formula One World Championship. The Australian, through a video published on Red Bull's social pages, has revealed the design it will adopt during its home Grand Prix, underlining how Melbourne is one of his favorite events during the championship.
The atmosphere of the public, combined with the technical characteristics of the Albert Park track, make the Australian race a real testing ground for technicians and drivers. Ricciardo, precisely for this reason, will pay homage to the home crowd with a helmet dedicated to them, showing off on the upper cap a sketch representing the Australian territory with its typical animals. In the rear, however, a honey badger will be represented, an extremely aggressive animal to which Ricciardo often compares himself. Confirmed the blue outline of the images. For Daniel, we remember, it will be the fourth season within the Milton Keynes team.
