“Max has the chance to win the world championship, but the other teams shift their attention to the budget cap, to me it seems like something sneaky to diminish their performances. The FIA ​​also said it had not completed the process of analyzing the financial data. So, unless there is a retraction of these statements on their part, we will consider all options available to us to defend ourselves, because it is unacceptable to make comments of this kind, it is defamatory for the team, for the brands and also for Formula 1, and I would really like to know where their certainty comes from."
