F1 | Ralf Schumacher critical of Haas: "Mick made progress but they weren't satisfied with it"

Now only the official announcement of Nico Hulkenberg joining Haas from next season is awaited, the news should arrive by today or tomorrow at the latest. This therefore excludes Mick Schumacher from the 2023 grid.

Ralf Schumacher defended his nephew, pointing the finger at team principal Guenther Steiner:

“I don't think Haas choose Mick, otherwise they would have done it a long time ago -said to Sky Sports - I think the way the team is treating Mick and the frankness of team principal Steiner, I will say politely, is not positive at all. Mick showed that there is potential, but no matter what he did, the team and Guenther Steiner were never satisfied.
