F1 | Raikkonen: “It doesn't matter if the 2021 cars are slower”

Some drivers have expressed doubts about the fact that the 2021 cars will be 3-4 seconds slower per lap, to also allow the mid-grid teams to be more in the fight. Kimi Raikkonen is not of the same opinion and, interviewed by "La Gazzetta dello Sport", commented:

“It doesn't matter if they are slower. If there's a good show, no one will notice."

The 40-year-old admitted that he hasn't yet decided what to do after 2020:

“Formula 1 is now more of a hobby for me and I like it”, and added that it is positive to live near the Alfa Romeo headquarters.

“Living close to the team is important but I always do my best on the track.”
