F1 | Raikkonen: “I have a good relationship with Marchionne and the team”

Kimi Raikkonen denied being excessively pressured after the statements of Ferrari president Sergio Marchionne, who was very critical of him towards journalists after the Chinese GP,

“I have spoken to our president and he has always been friendly to me. I know that some things have been said and written, but for me it is useless to think about what I read, my personal relationship, with him and with the team, is much more important. For me everything is ok. I expect good results from myself and when they don't arrive I'm the first to be unhappy, so if the others aren't happy too that's fine, because we're not happy in general. There is nothing strange for me."

Raikkonen's contract with Ferrari expires at the end of 2017 following an extension last year and the Finn said he had not yet decided on his future: “I don't know. There's always a lot of chatter every year but I have to focus on driving, the first thing is I want to do well and then we'll see what happens after this year. Definitely my priority is to get good results here and in the next race. We'll see what the future brings. I have a good relationship with the team, I know them well and it will depend on many things."
