Speaking yesterday afternoon on Sky Sport 24, Matteo Bobbi analyzed the Algarve International Circuit, scene of the next Portuguese Grand Prix. Inaugurated in 2008 and costing 195 million euros, Portimao it is 4653 kilometers long in the version used by Formula 1 and can boast some important ups and downs, especially in the third sector.

An interesting track, already used by the Circus for some tests (the last one in 2009), which could provide entertainment and several battles, given the width and the long 962 meter straight. Mercedes, as expected, will start with all the underdogs, but pay attention to the rapid rise of Red Bull, capable of putting pressure on Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas in the last Eifel Grand Prix.

Appointment on Friday morning, 12.00 pm live on Sky Sport F1 HD, for the live coverage of the first free practices from Algarve International Circuit. Due to time differences, the Friday and Saturday sessions will be moved forward by one hour.
