Vettel and Leclerc at the mercy of a scandalous car, Stroll and Giovinazzi badly

F1 | Belgian GP report cards: Ferrari embarrassing, Ricciardo back at the top

Lewis Hamilton, vote 10 – He starts, he runs, he wins. Impregnable.

Valtteri Bottas, 9 – He starts, runs, finishes second. Normal administration.

Max Verstappen, 9 – He leaves, runs, sees the Mercedes through binoculars. He can't do more.

Daniel Ricciardo, 9.5 – Super race and weekend for the Australian and Renault. On tracks with long straights, the RS20 makes a difference a bit like last year's car (see Monza). The former Red Bull also puts his best foot forward, setting the fastest lap of the race on the checkered flag. With a little more luck, he could have even aspired to the podium, but he can certainly be satisfied. And now, with the Italian Grand Prix just around the corner, there are all the conditions to at least replicate this performance, and who knows...

Esteban Ocon, 8.5 – He lost a bit after the first pit stop, but was very good at recovering afterwards enough to regain the position over Albon at the end. For the rest, the considerations made for the teammate apply.

Alexander Albon, 6 encouragement– Unlucky, because objectively assembling the averages was a gamble that didn't pay off. He could also have done more at the start instead of being overtaken by Ocon at the start, but it is clear that the stop penalized him greatly despite the great work of the Red Bull mechanics who were able to put him ahead of the Frenchman in the chaos of the pits during Safety Char.

Lando Norris, 7.5 – After a not exactly exciting qualifying, he did very well to recover in the race by overtaking both Racing Points. He took great revenge when the points counted.

Pierre Gasly, 8 – The first phase of the race on the hard tires was absolutely exciting for the Frenchman, who this year is enjoying a lot of satisfaction. After the break he drops a bit to the back, but recovers to eighth place. It is no coincidence that he was voted "Driver of the day" by the global public, who appreciated his exploits race after race.

Lance Stroll, 5.5 – Not a very positive weekend. He ends up ahead of his teammate due to a questionable strategic choice.

Sergio Perez, 6.5 – Left on the track with the soft tires after the Safety Car, he managed to recover from last position to the points zone. Author of some nice overtaking moves, he certainly has a lot to complain about.

Daniil Kvyat, 5.5 – He always does worse than his teammate, too bad.

Kimi Raikkonen, 6.5 – With the vehicle he finds himself, he always manages to make a difference in Spa.

Sebastian Vettel & Charles Leclerc, 10 – These poor boys can't do more than that.

Scuderia Ferrari, 0 – It's a disaster, it's embarrassing that Ferrari has reached this point, one of the lowest in the history of the Cavallino. And it's incredible that everything goes on as if nothing had happened. In other situations, pandemonium would have already happened. If this isn't a crisis, dear Mattia...

THE OTHERS: Grosjean, 5 - Latifi, 5 - Magnussen, 4 - Giovinazzi, 3 - Russell, 5 (you have to start better, boy) – Sainz, SV
