F1 | Norris: “I'm not a title player, I think I'm a decent loser”

La McLaren next year will be full of talent. Alongside the rookie Oscar piastri in fact there will be Lando Norris, very confirmed and already in its fifth year formula 1 and in the Woking team. Despite his militancy in the Circus, the Briton is just 23 years old, and in the future he will really be able to have his say both in terms of successes in individual races and victories in the world championships, obviously subject to a competitive car. Lando, however, is very critical of his being a driver, and believes that with the experience gained up to this point he would perhaps be able to win a race, because to aim for the title you need to have something more.

“With everything I've learned maybe I could win a race – Norris said in GQ Magazine. It is therefore unlikely that I will be able to win a championship until then, because I know that I need to be at the absolute top in those years. I actually think I'm a good loser, but I've always been a very hard guy on myself, I'm critical of my performance, because I always think "What could I have done better?", and then I also think what would have the team could have done more. I like to listen, I'm working on it, but loving racing the more I know the better. I'm a perfectionist, I try to do everything I can to be a better rider."
