F1 | Montezemolo admits: “No invitation from Ferrari for Monza, but I hope for a victory”

In an interview given to "La Gazzetta dello Sport", Luca Cordero di Montezemolo admitted that Ferrari did not send him any invitation to the Scuderia's 70th anniversary party. Monza, we remember, is an important event for the Scuderia di Maranello, more so than ever this year given that we are celebrating the seventieth anniversary of the birth of the team. The former President explained that he will not be attending the Grand Prix, but that he expects a super Sunday from the drivers to celebrate this important anniversary to the fullest.

Here are the words of LCDM: “I wasn't invited to Monza, but that doesn't matter much. I want Ferrari to win again. I really miss that environment, especially the men and women who worked in Maranello. I hope that the riders will be able to pull off a great weekend to celebrate this important seventieth anniversary to the fullest."
