F1 | Merhi announces: “I work with a Formula 1 team”

After the experience in Manor, Roberto Merhi he returned to occupy an official role within a Formula 1 team. According to what was declared to the microphones of the Marca newspaper, the 2020 season has sensationally placed him within the circle, given that a team offered him a commitment as third development guide and pilot.

A simulator role, but one that could help him get back on track after the terrible experience with the English team. Marhi at the moment he could not reveal the name of this team, but the hope is to clarify everything within the next few months.

“I work for a Formula 1 team, but they don't want me to reveal their name,” said the Spanish driver. “Maybe this situation will change during the season, but at the moment I can't answer this type of question. My job is to work on the simulator. A back to back of the weekend from free practice to qualifying."

On his return to the track he added: “The intention is to return to work in June. I think we can go back to racing from the following month".
