F1 | Mercedes, Wolff: “Bottas is not a phenomenon like Hamilton and Verstappen”

At the end of the championship Valtterui Bottas will end his five-season experience at Mercedes. In fact, the Finn, who arrived in Brackley to take up the legacy of Nico Rosberg who had decided to hang up his helmet after winning the World Championship, will become a new Alfa Romeo driver with whom he has signed a multi-year contract.

Toto Wolff expressed his opinion on 77, with the Star TP admitting that he is not at the level of the more famous and talented Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen but still expects good things from his next professional adventure in Hinwil.

Wolff not only discussed Bottas but also the driver who will replace him, George Russell. Regarding the talent currently at Williams, the Austrian manager was clear: he will have to think and act first and foremost for the team.
