F1 | Mercedes, Hamilton: “I'm too old for MotoGP”

Despite his enormous love for two wheels, Lewis Hamilton will never race a MotoGP Grand Prix. In an interview with L'Equipe, the Englishman explained that he was too old for an experience of this type and that his possible arrival in the MotoGP would be a lack of respect towards all the guys who have formed their careers around on two wheels.

Here are the words of Lewis Hamilton: “I love MotoGP and everyone knows how much I would like to race there at least once in my life, but you have to be realistic. I'm too old for this kind of experience and it wouldn't be possible. I respect the competition and it would be unfair to all the guys who have built their careers around that sport. I should have thought about it before, when as a child I chose four wheels and not motorbikes, and so it's too late now. Formula One was an option for Valentino Rossi, but he chose to continue in MotoGP. The same goes for me."
