F1 | Mercedes: Hamilton: “Difficult day”

Lewis Hamilton ended Friday's British Grand Prix with the fifth fastest time. The reigning world champion achieved his fastest lap in 1'27"581, three tenths from the best performance achieved by Lance Stroll's Racing Point.

The Mercedes Englishman, analyzing the work carried out on the track today, said: “It was quite a difficult day. The balance wasn't quite right and the wind made things really difficult today. Tonight we will work and try to understand why I don't feel comfortable. It was a tough day, but not a disaster and the great thing about this team is that we continue to analyze the details. Red Bull and Racing look strong, let's hope they are close"
