Everything is ready at Silverstone for the Mercedes team's return to the track. After three months of "lockdown", caused by the Coronavirus emergency, the world champion team returned to racing this morning on the home track, with the aim not only of verifying all the safety protocols that must be followed Austria, but also to help Valtteri Bottas and Lewis Hamilton rediscover the feeling with the car.

The two days of work was started this morning by the Finn, while the Englishman will climb aboard the W09 only tomorrow. Note that the same program will also be followed by Ferrari, given that Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc will take a few laps at Fiorano with the SF71H at the end of June.

The resumption of the championship, we remember, is scheduled for next July 5th, with the Red Bull Ring officially opening this much talked about and troubled 2020 Formula 1 season.
