Intense test day for Carlos Sainz aboard the McLaren MCL35. After the excellent results last week, the Spaniard dedicated himself to comparing some aerodynamic components, gathering important information in terms of development.
Sainz, we remember, closed the fourth day of work in Barcelona with a time of 1'18"221, approximately one and three seconds slower than Robert Kubica's time reference.
“We spent the day understanding some aerodynamic parts for the car,” said Carlos Sainz. “The program was very intense and the testing of each component did not allow us to complete the same laps as last week. In any case we followed the pre-established plan. All tests are important and the data collected will allow us to understand the car better. All in all it was a good day”.
