F1 | McLaren, Norris: “The MCL36 was not designed with my needs in mind”

The McLaren MCL36 wasn't tailor-made for Lando Norris. It was the English driver himself who dotted the "i's", protagonist of an excellent season which ended with a final seventh place in the standings despite the disappointing single-seater.

Norris explained that the 2022 single-seater had not been conceived and designed according to his needs and that therefore he had no particular advantage over Daniel Ricciardo, who emerged battered from the confrontation with the Englishman. In two years, Ricciardo has never found the right feeling with the Macca, so much so that he ended his adventure in Woking a year early to become the third Red Bull driver in 2023.
