Norris is in Dubai, where he will have to remain in isolation for 14 days
Through an official statement published on its website and on its social spaces, McLaren announced Lando Norris's positivity to Covid-19. The young British driver, who from the new season will share the garage of the Woking team with Daniel Ricciardo, is in Dubai where he was spending a holiday period carrying out scheduled training sessions.
Norris, after experiencing the loss of taste and smells, underwent a swab test which, despite himself, confirmed his positivity to Coronavirus. Now he will have to respect, according to local provisions, a 14-day quarantine period with isolation in the hotel. The McLaren driver is currently in good physical condition and shows no other symptoms.
