F1 | Massa defends Stroll: “It's not easy to adapt to the streets of Monaco”

Despite contact with the barriers, Felipe Massa strongly believes in Lance Stroll's talent. At the end of yesterday's free practice, the Williams Brazilian praised the good times set by the Canadian, explaining that on a circuit like Monaco, mistakes must always be taken into consideration. Furthermore, for Stroll, this is the first participation in the Grand Prix, which is why yesterday's contact can be "relatively" justified by the lack of experience on board these single-seaters.

Here are the words of Felipe Massa: “It's his first weekend in Monaco and many drivers have had accidents. Maybe we should just say 'Welcome to Munich!'. Today Lance set a good lap time and was more competitive than in Barcelona. This is certainly positive and confirms the steps forward compared to the beginning of the season. The problem is that we are in Munich and here everything works differently, especially if you have little experience. The track doesn't forgive anything and a mistake can be very costly."
