The relationship between Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes continues. The seven-time world champion has in fact renewed his contract with the Anglo/German team for another two seasons, and until 2023 he will therefore be the top driver of the Silver Arrows (Black in the last two years, ed.). The Stella team communicated this through an official note. Despite the rumors of Toto Wolff in recent weeks, who said that any announcement could be postponed until after the summer, Mercedes wanted to lock down its champion. Now what future for Russell? It will be interesting to see what moves the reigning champion team will make and whether the young Brit will actually join his compatriot starting next season.
