F1 | Leclerc on the Monza victory: “Without a doubt the best moment in Ferrari”

Charles Leclerc together with teammate Sebastian Vettel, was the protagonist of a Q&A published on social media by Ferrari. The Monegasque was the author of a great season in Ferrari, his first in a top team, where he did not suffer much pressure and managed to achieve two victories (Spa and Monza) and seven pole positions.

The weekend of Leclerc's first historic victory in Formula One, obtained last year in the Belgian GP, ​​unfortunately coincided with the accident in GP2 that cost the life of his friend Anthoine Hubert.

"It's hard to put into words what I felt on the podium when I won my first F1 race, but it was something really special, a little bittersweet due to the circumstances of the weekend – admitted Leclerc -. We had just lost Anthoine on Saturday, and then I won my first F1 race on Sunday. So it was a bit of a strange feeling, but I will definitely remember that weekend forever".

Leclerc then responded decisively to a specific question about the best moment he had experienced so far at Ferrari: "Monza. Without the slightest doubt. The Monza race was my best moment in Ferrari".
