F1 | Leclerc on Twitch: “One thing that surprised me in a positive way”

Charles Leclerc promoted the activity on Twitch that several drivers are carrying out in this period of "forced" break from Formula 1, underlining how gaming platforms are showing the true face of all the characters who usually animate the racing fields.

According to the Monegasque, Twitch is helping the drivers to get closer to the public, which is obviously creating a more direct relationship than during race weekends. Something positive that will certainly change the way fans see pilots.

“One thing that has positively surprised me is competing in streaming on Twitch,” said Charles Leclerc. “I didn't expect to have so much fun. I think that for those who follow me it is the best way to get to know the real me. When I'm on the track there's so much pressure that it's hard to be yourself, while on Twitch it's different."

On the "company" he added: “I play with drivers that I have known for a long time like Lando Norris, George Russell ed Alex Albon. We have fun and do our best to put on a show."
