"I want to progress gradually," added the Canadian
Nicholas latifi is ready to get the most out of this new experience within the Williams. Waiting to get back on track after the break caused by Coronavirus, the Canadian spoke about his personal goals for the 2020 season, underlining how the hope is to slowly maximize not only the car's performance, but also his personal one.
“On the starting grid there will be 12-13 riders with whom I have already competed in the junior categories and it will be nice to share it with them”, declared the pilot of the Williams.“When you enter a new category as a rookie there is always a lot to learn, race after race.”
“In Formula 1 I have a great reference to George”, continued the Briton, promoted to the first team after his experience as third driver in 2019. “He is a very, very popular and fast driver. I want to try to keep up with him and maybe, together, make the team progress."
On personal goals he added: “Personally I want to progress gradually, always getting the most out of the car in each session and feeling comfortable inside the car. I'm aiming to get the most out of Williams."
