F1 | Steiner's warning: "At the beginning of 2019 the gap between the top teams and the others should increase"

The Haas team principal explained how the difference, in terms of resources, between the best Circus teams and the medium-low ranking ones is so large as to make a scenario of this type 'natural', which clearly works against the show .

“There is absolutely a risk that the top teams could take off” – Steiner's words reported F1i.com. “This year there was still a big gap, but in the end it's not surprising considering the difference in means available. It's normal for these teams to find themselves ahead of the others: they have more resources and a lot of good people. The opposite would not be normal. So I think at the beginning of the season the gap between the top teams and the others it should be greater compared to 2018. This is because they simply have many more resources than others: and with more resources, you go faster”.
